Scholarships & Grants do not need to be paid back. Scholarships are typically based on high academic achievement or special talent. Scholarships are available from a variety of organizations and we’re here to help you find opportunities that are right for you. Grants are available from federal, state, or Bushnell University sources and are based on your family’s information provided on your FAFSA form.
Below, you’ll find information on the range of different grant and scholarship opportunities available to you.
Applying for Scholarships
By completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you will automatically be considered for most scholarships. Merit scholarships based on academic achievement are considered only at the time of admittance to the university.

Campus Visit
Traditional undergraduate students who attend and complete a formal campus visit will qualify for a $1,000 one-time scholarship.

Endowed Scholarships
Over 40 different Endowed Scholarship funds are awarded each year to traditional undergraduate students in varying amounts based on merit, need, or specific major. For students with a declared major in ministry or music a separate application is required and due by March 1st of each year.

Bushnell Need Grant
Awarded to full-time traditional daytime undergraduate students that demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA. Award amounts range from $600-$10,000 per academic year.
