Curriculum
Designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for success in managerial roles, the MBA program with a Management and Leadership concentration prepares students to:
- Acquire skills for diverse leadership roles.
- Demonstrate practical skills in strategy, budgeting, personnel, legal and planning.
- Advance their understanding of the role of Christian leadership, ethics and service in effectively addressing business management issues and decisions.
- Develop literacy regarding recent management trends through the use of leading business information sources, current publications and other available audio-video, online or in-text resources.
- Showcase their understanding of the profession through the Capstone project, internships or other practical experiences.
MBA in Management Courses
The Master’s in Business Management program requires 36 credits, encompassing 12 courses in total over a 12-month or 24-month track.
In addition to core courses in the MBA program, the Management and Leadership concentration offers the following classes:
- Leadership Strategies
- Marketing Strategy
- Human Resource Management
- Operations and Service Management
- Choose one additional course from the following:
- Leadership (Must be a 500-level course or higher)
- Higher Education Leadership

Program Admissions (GMAT Not Required)
To complete your application for the online MBA in Management and Leadership program, please include the following:
- Free application for admission.
- Official transcript reflecting a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university (with a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade-point average) and transcripts for any subsequent academic work.
- A 500-word Statement of Purpose showcasing written communication skills and addressing how the program aligns with your personal and professional goals.
