Dr. Latrissa Lee Neiworth is a renowned educator, researcher, and leadership advocate with more than 25 years of experience in the disciplines of business, leadership, and technology. In 2021, she was named one of the Top Visionaries in Education at the International Global Forum for Education and Learning. Prior to her career in higher education, Dr. Neiworth served in public service and government positions, in management and communications. She also owned and operated several successful business enterprises and oversaw budgets in the millions of dollars. A prolific writer and Emmy-nominated documentarian, she has published hundreds of articles, book chapters and research pieces, and produced and directed award-winning documentaries. A first-generation college student and lifelong Christian, Dr. Neiworth has served as a eucharistic minister, lecturer, catechism instructor and faith leader at several Catholic churches. She is an active participant and sponsor in World Vision’s South African efforts helping vulnerable children facing poverty and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
