Fall 2023 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll Announced

EUGENE, Ore. – Bushnell is proud to announce the members of the 2023 Fall Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

Instituted in the fall of 2021, the Honor Roll consists of all student-athletes who earned at least a 3.5 GPA during that semester. For Fall 2023, 147 student-athletes and four team managers earned at least a 3.5 GPA, with 107 landing at least a 3.75 GPA.

Among those are a record-setting 49 that earned a 4.0 GPA for the semester and are recognized as Distinguished Scholar-Athletes. They will be receiving an official certificate from the athletic department.

Athletic Director Corey Anderson said, “On behalf of the athletic department I want to highlight and congratulate our student-athletes who have earned at least a 3.5 GPA this past fall semester. With over half of our student-athletes earning this honor, it shows the character and determination that they have as student athletes. This is a true testament to the type of Tri-Athletes that we are developing at Bushnell, with equal focus on athletic achievement, character development and academics, with a Christ-centered focus.”

TEAM HONOR ROLL
In addition to the individual honor roll, Bushnell also had three teams post a 3.5 GPA this past semester to join the Team Honor Roll. They are Beach Volleyball (3.81), Indoor Volleyball (3.67), and Women’s Golf (3.56). In addition, a total of 14 teams held a combined GPA of at least a 3.0 for the semester.
