How the Curriculum is Structured
The Music curriculum combines musicianship, worship leadership, production technology, and biblical foundations to prepare you for service in ministry and the creative arts. You’ll develop skills in music theory, ear training, performance, worship theology, leadership, audio production, lighting design, video production, and studio techniques.
Through applied lessons, ensemble participation, production experiences, and collaborative projects, you’ll learn to integrate artistic excellence, technical expertise, and Christ-centered leadership. Internship Experience
Learning extends far beyond the classroom. Along with internships, you’ll gain real-world experience through Grove Worship, live chapel production, University Band performances, recording projects, and community ministry opportunities before you graduate.

The Grove Collective
The Grove Collective provides students with meaningful opportunities to lead worship, compose original music, and serve through creative ministry. Students regularly participate in chapel, conferences, community events, and collaborative worship experiences that develop confidence, musicianship, and leadership through real ministry.
Grove Live Production
Production students don’t just study audio, lighting, and video systems, they operate them. By supporting weekly chapel services, concerts, and campus events, students gain practical experience using professional production equipment while preparing for careers in churches, live events, and media production.

Worship Arts Concentration
Prepare to lead worship in churches and ministry settings through training in worship theology, musicianship, leadership, and discipleship. You’ll develop the skills to plan meaningful worship experiences, lead teams effectively, and grow as a musician and Christian leader while building a strong foundation for ministry and worship leadership.
Production Concentration
Prepare for technical and creative roles in live events, churches, studios, and media production environments. Musical Ensembles
