• Support and assist with all aspects of the Track & Field program including student-athlete development, recruitment, spiritual formation, scheduling, practice and meet preparation
• Support and assist with the planning, organization, coordination, and coaching of track & field within the academic, spiritual formation, and athletic philosophies of Bushnell University, the Cascade Collegiate Conference, and the NAIA
