Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct all aspects of the softball program including student-athlete development, recruitment, spiritual formation, scheduling, practice and game preparation
• Plan, organize coordinate, and coach softball within the academic, spiritual formation, and athletic philosophies of Bushnell University, the Cascade Collegiate Conference, and the NAIA
