Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and develop an effective living-learning environment for the residents of Womack Hall, Mom Richart Apartments, and Works Village Apartments
• Provide on-going leadership, supervision, and training to Resident Assistants
• Oversee Student Programs Coordinators and provide oversight of planning an execution of weekly Beacon Nights
• Assists the Director of Student Programs with the coordination and facilitation of on and off-campus student programming and activities
• Provides oversight of planning and execution of weekly Beacon Nights
