Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and provide direct leadership to comprehensive student development programs including student activities, Intramurals, new student orientation/transition programs, student leadership programs, wellness (emotional/mental health), parent relations, advise the Associated Students of Bushnell University (ASBU) and other programs related to student life
- Provide supervision, support, development, and advisement to assigned professional and student staff, student groups, organizations, and volunteers
- Plan, coordinate and administer various events and programs including: Beacon Nights, Transitional Programming (e.g. Orientation, 1st Gen, Sophomore Year Experience, Disorientation), Family Weekend, Beacon Madness, Intramurals, Retreats, and theme weeks
- Collaborate with university faculty, students, and staff in the scheduling of social, academic, and developmental programs; serve as department liaison with other areas of the University; coordinate annual campus calendaring process
