• Provide leadership to Bushnell’s comprehensive athletic program including administration of 17 intercollegiate teams and athletic support staff
• Support efforts related to athletic department strategic planning, athletic employee development and oversight, and student-athlete development
• Collaborate with key campus stakeholders to facilitate and support efforts related to the student-athlete experience including eligibility/student support and compliance
• Manages department budget and oversees spending
• As a key campus administrator, serves on the retention, assessment, accreditation, and Title IX teams
