About Missy
Melissa “Missy” Andersen joined Bushnell University in 2024 and serves as accessibility coordinator and instructional designer at Bushnell University. As accessibility coordinator, she works with students through the interactive accommodation process, reviews disability documentation, coordinates testing services, and helps identify and implement reasonable academic accommodations.
As an instructional designer, Missy partners with faculty and subject-matter experts to develop curriculum using effective instructional practices. She also evaluates courses within Bushnell’s online learning platform to support accessibility and ensure students can fully engage with course content.
