A Legacy of Excellence, Focused on the Future
Founded in 1895, Bushnell University inspires students to discover and answer God’s call in their lives. Cultivating a Christ-centered environment with a focus on the integration of faith and learning, Bushnell encourages students to grow in wisdom, informed by faith, leading to lives of service.
With this 130-year legacy, Bushnell graduates lead the way in our community and around the world, impacting education, healthcare, social services, church ministry, non-profit and public-sector leadership, business, and beyond.
Bushnell offers nearly 40 undergraduate and 30 graduate degrees and concentrations. The University serves both traditional undergraduate students and adult learners through a variety of program formats (on-campus, online, and hybrid). With over 11,000 living alumni and over 50% of graduates staying in Lane County after graduation, Bushnell holds a significant place in the fabric of our community. The historic and strategic campus in the University District anchors Bushnell in the heart of Eugene where we play a critical part of our region’s future growth and health.
Bushnell’s Mission
Bushnell University fosters wisdom, faith, and service through excellent academic programs within a Christ-centered community.

The Case for Support

Bushnell University is embarking on a journey to transform our campus, our students, and our community. Our graduates serve across the globe, but our greatest impact is at home. As a local asset that is responsive to regional needs, Bushnell seeks to prepare for the future and provide direct resources for the community in which we live and serve.
A stronger Bushnell is a stronger Eugene / Springfield, a stronger
