Bushnell University and Pine Ridge Golf Club, located in the beautiful Mohawk Valley of Springfield, OR are entering into a new partnership to create the premier NAIA collegiate golf training facility in the Pacific Northwest. Pine Ridge is giving Bushnell’s growing golf program a permanent home, where we will build a state-of-the-art Bushnell Player Development Center.

This relationship will benefit the University, the Club, the community, and students for years to come. The new facility will help Bushnell recruit, retain, and educate outstanding NAIA student-athletes, and the Center will offer resources that boost Pine Ridge’s reputation as a top golf destination in our region.

The new Center will be situated at the original Pine Ridge clubhouse, between the 12th and 14th holes. Pine Ridge will contribute to the redevelopment and maintenance of a new outdoor “short game” practice area (approx. 200 x 75 yards) that had originally served its membership as a driving range. This area will include multiple sand traps, a two-tiered green, and chipping and wedge targets. Bushnell will refurbish the interior of the clubhouse with a simulation driving range, putting green, bag room, locker rooms for both men and women, office space, public restrooms, and a spacious team room. We are invigorated by the possibilities of this project and eager to commence.
